Yes, all our products are 100% original, brand new, and sealed unless otherwise mentioned.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking number and courier link to monitor your delivery status.

Do you deliver across Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan through trusted courier partners like TCS, Leopard, M&P, PostEx, and more.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary by product and location, but many items qualify for free shipping. The exact cost is shown at checkout.

Can I choose my courier service?

We automatically select the best courier based on your location. If you have a preference, let us know while ordering — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays can happen. You can track your order using your tracking ID or contact our support for assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders. Online payment options are coming soon.

Is there any additional charge for COD?

No, we do not charge any extra fees for using the Cash on Delivery option.

Do you accept credit/debit cards?

Not at the moment. We’ll be adding secure online payment options very soon.

Return & Refund

Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective — with an unboxing video as proof.

Is there any additional charge for COD?

Email us at helpmaikhan@gmail.com with your order details and issue. Include an unboxing video and packaging photos.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
